At FreshMedic, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Return eligibility: You can return a product if one or more of the following conditions apply:
1. The product arrived damaged or broken
2. The atomizer is defective or does not work properly
3. The product has a visible manufacturing defect
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. Kindly ensure the product is in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. We do not accept items that have been used or tampered with unless they meet one of the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.
